OWOSSO - November. 19, 1959

ALL CONCERNED:

Account of heavy football travel Saturday, November 21th, 1959 we will operate the following specials from Toledo and Milan:

5 Specials from C&O at Galena St.
1 Special from A.A. Cherry St. station
2 Specials from B&O at Hallett, West end Cherry St. Main-Ottawa Yd.
1 Specials from Wabash at Milan

Owosso will call 1 pilot engineers and 1 pilot conductors to report at the yard office, Owosso, 8:30 A.M. to deadhead to Milan.  These pilots to report at Milan tower at 11:30 A.M. for train orders and instructions.

Toledo will call train engine crews for the following trains:

1st Eng. & Tr. crew report at 8:30 A.M. - goes to Galena St.
2nd Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:00 A.M. - goes to Galena St.
3rd Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:10 A.M. - goes to Cherry St.
4th Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:15 A.M. - goes to Galena St.
5th Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:30 A.M. - goes to Galena St.
6th Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:40 A.M. - goes to Galena St.
7th Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:45 A.M. - goes to Hallet.
8th Eng. & Tr. crew report at 9:25 A.M. - goes to Hallet

Orders for Cherry St. and Galena St. trains will be issued at Boulevard Tower.  For B&O trains will be issued at Hallet Tower

Flagging container and markers for Cherry St. train are in rear coach of train.  Crew for this train will use lanterns of their caboose.

C&O and B&O markers and tail hose will go through.  Crews for these trains will use lanterns and red flags off their cabooses.  There will be supply of torpedoes and fusees in Yard Office, Otawa Yard and Ferry..

Steam lines are to be shut off and steam blown out westward after passing Pittsfield on all trains.  Cherry St. train eastward will shut steam off and blow steam line out after passing Boulevard tower.

Enter Ferry yard slowly and desired track for your train will be lined up for you.  Be governed by signals from men on the ground.

After your engine has been put back on your train for return trip arrange to contact Mr. Doneth or myself and we will arrange to release you for a definite length of time if possible.

Orders for return trips will be ready at the yard office at Ferry at 3:00 P.M. which will give conductors ample time to assist in loading passengers
